TROY -- Theresa V. Garrett, 93, of St. Mary's Woodland Village, died Tuesday at her residence after a long illness. Born in Cohoes, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Rose Beauchemin Audette and wife of the late Joseph R. Garrett, former Cohoes Chief of Police. Mrs. Garrett was a resident of Cohoes for most of her life and had worked at the Cohoes Mfg. Co., where she had been a sales clerk.
