DUBLIN (AP) — Clermont Auvergne lock Jamie Cudmore was banned for 10 weeks on Wednesday for stamping on Saracens flanker Jacques Burger in a Heineken Cup match last weekend.
At a European Rugby Cup hearing in Dublin, Cudmore pleaded not guilty to being cited for kicking and/or stamping on Burger, who was left with a mouth wound which required stitches.
